With the use of a pastry bag fitted with an injection tip and filled with Topfil Choice Raspberry, inject each mini loaf cake with 15-20 grams of filling.
Melt the icings with the use of a microwave or bain-marie, drizzle on top of each mini loaf cake as seen in photo above or as desired.
Make a large batch of mini loaf cakes bases, freeze them and decorate as needed
Create a variety of flavours by injecting the baked cupcakes with our range of Topfil fruit fillings and select Cremfil crème fillings and Puratop icings that are vegan suitable for vegan diets.
