Composition and Preparation

Moist'r Cake Crumble Topping

  1. Mix flours together, then add the room temperature cubed butter and water. Mix until the dough just starts to come together.
  2. Push dough through a glazing screen and spread evenly on a parchment-lined sheet tray.
  3. Freeze until needed.

Walnut Brownie

  1. Combine Tegral Brownie, oil, and water on first speed for 3 minutes, scraping down part way through.
  2. Add toasted walnuts and mix just to combine.
  3. Portion batter evenly into a 9"x13" tray lined with parchment paper.
  4. Top with approximately 400g of Crumble Mixture and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.

Oven Type: Rack | Top Temp: 170°C | Bot Temp: 170°C | ⏲25min

Decoration

After cut the squares or bars, slightly dust the top with Icing Sugar .

Tips & Tricks

  • You can add some walnuts before the crumble for more texture.
  • For a cleaner cut, keep Brownies for a couple of hours or overnight in the fridge.
