Composition and Preparation

Plant Based Crumble Topping

  1. Mix Flours Together then add the room temperature cubed Butter, water and mix until the dough just start to come together.
  2. Push dough through a glazing screen and spread evenly on aparchment lined sheet tray.
  3. Freeze until needed.

Plant Based Tegral Brownie

  1. Combine Tegral Brownie with Flour, add oil and water and mix on firstspeed for 2 minute, scraping down part way through.
  2. Portion Batter evenly into a 9"x13" tray lined with parchment paper.
  3. Pipe Topfil Plus Strawberry in stripes and swirl it in.
  4. Top with approx. 400g of Crumble Mixture on top and bake for 25-30 min.

Decoration

  1. After cut the squares or bars, slightly Dust the top with Icing Sugar.

Tips & Tricks

For a cleaner cut keep Brownies for a couple of hours or over night in the fridge.
