Round up (by hand or with rounding machine), and place in greased hamburger trays. Rest for 5 min at ambient temperature. Press the buns down.
Final fermentation
1 hr 10 min at 38°C and 90% humidity.
Decoration before baking
Spray with Sunset Glaze Easy Plus and sprinkle with GrainDesign Confetti.
Baking
8 min at 240°C.
