Working Method

Muffin
  1. Blend Sugar, Flour and Moist’R cake base for 1 min. at low speed.
  2. Add Liquid Ingredients and mix 1 min. at low speed, scrap bowl and mix 5 minutes at medium speed.
  3. Add the Smoobees and mix 1min more at low speed
  4. Pipe 100 gr in a muffin cup.
  5. Bake at 165C for approx. 30 minutes.

Decoration
Dip the bottom of the muffin into the melted Foley's chocolate coating.

Assembling

In a cube mould, pipe 80 gr of batter. Strew some Smoobees Caramel and Coffee on top and bake.
