Working Method

Composition and Preparation

Brownie Cake

  1. Blend Tegral Brownie, first portion of water, and oil for 1 minute on slow speed.
  2. Add the second portion of water, mix for 1 minute on slow speed, scrape down the bowl, and mix for another 1 minute on slow speed.
  3. Bake in the chosen pans.
  4. Let cool.

Assembling

  1. Cut Brownie cake into small pieces.
  2. Whip Ambiante to soft peaks, about 5 minutes at medium speed.
  3. To assemble the verrine, start with a layer of brownie, followed by a layer of dulce de leche, a layer of whipped Ambiante, and a drizzle of liquid caramel.
  4. Repeat the layers, finishing with Ambiante.

Decoration

  1. Decorate the top with Caramel Pearls, chocolate decorations and Liquid Caramel
