Working Method

  1. Blend all Dry Ingredients
  2. Add water and Cream Cheese flavor and mix 1 Minute slow speed and 3 to 4 minutes medium speed until the desired consistency
  3. Fill a piping bag and set aside

  1. Fill the piping bag with Topfil Plus Cherry and set aside
  2. Make very strong Espresso coffee and add sugar to taste (You may omit the sugar)

Working Method

  1. Warm the Cream and pour over the Carat Coverlux Dark and let stand for about 1 minute
  2. Stir to incorporate until a smooth consistency is reached and set aside

ASSEMBLING

  1. Dip the cookies in the espresso coffee and place them in the bottom of the desired Verrine cup
  2. Pipe one layer with the Tiramisu Mousse
  3. Drizzle with Chocolate Creamy Ganache
  4. Pipe a layer of Cherry Filling
  5. Repeat steps 1, 2 and 3 and dust with cocoa Powder
  6. Pipe a cherry filling dollop in the center and decorate with 1 maraschino Cherry on top

Tips and Tricks

Whip 20% Cream Cheese Until Creamy and smooth before add all the other ingredients instead of Cream Cheese flavor
